NYAB's new ELRP (Empty & Load Remote Proportioning) valve determines the load of the car through the sensing module, while the remote module proportions brake cylinder pressure. The valve has been thoroughly tested to assure trouble-free performance under the most adverse environmental conditions.
EL-60 is offered with proportioning levels of 40, 50, or 60%, the ELRP is offered in 50 and 60% proportioning levels, both include a brake cylinder pressure measurement tap, and both are AAR approved.
