Paid repair Customer Service Coordinator

Duties

The prime responsibilities of this position include assisting in the achievement and maintenance of a 95% on time delivery performance to our customer, and assisting in the development of customer pricing. This person will: •Assist in the management of customer accounts •Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer ordering systems through customer visitations, web based applications, etc. •Develop documentation and reports for use by NYAB / KBL Management, Operations, and Sales Representatives. •Assist in the development and maintenance of the NYAB / KBL piece part forecast •Coordinate customer requests for paid repair services. •Assist customer account managers in the development of price quotations and annual contracts. •Respond to customer inquiries regarding material availability, order status, pricing, etc. •Provide assistance in other assigned tasks as required.

Required Skills

•AA Degree •Two years job related experience •Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP •Excellent communication skills •Strong bias for action and strong customer focus

Preferred Skills

•BA/BS •Fluency in German and/or Spanish helpful
